Delete from the Android app
- Open YukChat and select Profile.
- Open Settings, then Account and privacy.
- Select Delete account and review what will be removed.
- Confirm the request using the authentication method shown.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@yukchat.fun from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “YukChat account deletion request” and include your username. We may ask you to verify account ownership, but we will never request your password.
What is deleted
Your authentication account, profile details, private album records, follows, location information, device tokens, preferences, and content associated solely with your account will be deleted or anonymized, subject to technical and legal limitations.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, safety enforcement, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and backup recovery. Messages or content you sent to others may remain in their conversations with your identity removed or limited. Reports and enforcement records may be retained to protect users.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests promptly and within the period required by applicable law. Backup copies may take additional time to expire securely.
The in-app deletion control is being finalized during private testing. Until it is released, use the email request method above.
