YukChat is currently a private test service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn before public launch.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may use YukChat to connect, communicate, publish permitted content, and participate in communities. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, stalk, or discriminate against anyone.
- Post sexual exploitation material, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, or credible threats.
- Use YukChat for scams, spam, unlawful commerce, scraping, surveillance, or location tracking of another person.
- Attempt to bypass safety systems, access another account, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected systems.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant YukChat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content solely as necessary to operate, protect, and improve the service. You can remove content using available controls, subject to backups, reports, legal duties, and legitimate enforcement records.
4. Safety and moderation
We may review reports, restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect people. Blocking helps prevent interaction but cannot guarantee that two people will never encounter each other outside YukChat.
5. Location and real-world interactions
Nearby information is approximate and may be delayed or inaccurate. Do not use YukChat for emergency location services. Use judgment before meeting anyone, meet in public, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transportation, and never send money to people you have only met online.
6. Service availability
YukChat is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, particular matches, relationships, community outcomes, or permanent availability of any feature. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YukChat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or harm caused by another user. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Ending your account
You may stop using YukChat or request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. See Delete your account.
9. Changes and contact
